Midtown is within walking distance, where you'll find local bars. A ride via Lyft/Uber to Broadway (Downtown Nashville) and the famous Honky Tonks are only $5-7 one-way! Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this condo, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. A $500 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Only one towel per guest per stay is provided. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [or similar breeds]. An additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length will be collected separately. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am daily. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. Guests will be asked to provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm their contact information, and pass through a verification portal. In some instances, a criminal background check may be required. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. [SI]
