The first floor includes a living room that opens to the deck and backyard, a dining room, a bedroom with a full-size bed, and a bathroom with a shower and tub combo. The loft area on the second floor features a queen bed. Enjoy the tastefully furnished space with a fully stocked kitchen, smart TV, and internet for streaming. The deck offers seating, a BBQ, a fire pit, and a year-round hot tub. The regular nightly rate covers 4 guests, with additional guest fees of $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 6 guests. Well-trained pets are welcome with a $50 per night pet fee. Please inform us if you’ll be bringing your pet and how many, as fees beyond one pet are processed manually post-reservation confirmation. Located in the private community of Paradise Estates, this cabin is approximately 5 miles from the Nisqually entrance of Mt. Rainier National Park. The area is a mix of full-time residents, vacation homes, and other rental properties. Accessible by car only, the cabin is reached via fully maintained roads year-round. A four-wheel drive is recommended in winter, with tire chains available for rent at local stores. This pet-friendly home requires that pets are not allowed on furniture or linens and should not be left unattended. Quiet hours are enforced between 10pm and 8am, and there is a strict no-smoking and no-parties policy, with a $500 fine per violation. Use of the fire pit and charcoal grill is prohibited during the burn ban. There is no washer/dryer in the home due to space constraints.
