The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including modern appliances, a coffee maker, and ample counter space for preparing family meals. Step outside to your private screened-in pool and spa, complete with LED night lighting. Relax on the patio’s lounge chairs or enjoy alfresco dining under the covered lanai. Stay entertained with a game room, TVs in every bedroom, free Wi-Fi, and a DVD library. For little ones, a high chair and pack-n-play are included. Laundry facilities and a starter pack of essentials are also provided. Pool and spa heat is available for $35 per day with a minimum of 3 days, and must be requested 7 days prior to check-in. Two vehicles are allowed to be parked in the driveway provided they do not block sidewalks, park on the streets, or on the grass. The parking of RVs is prohibited in the community. Vehicles can be towed at the owner’s expense if rules are not followed. If the issue escalates, guests can be trespassed by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office and the property manager/owner will be notified. The villa accommodates up to 10 guests. No parties and no pets are allowed. No outside guests (visitors) without contacting management. The driveway accommodates 2 cars with extremely limited street parking. A guest screening process will be conducted, and further instructions will be provided to complete this step.
