Moving of furniture isn't allowed, especially on the balcony, and violation of this will result in a $100 fine. Tampering with noise detectors or cameras (including removing them from their mounts) is strictly prohibited, and a $150 violation fee will apply. Guests are prohibited from obstructing or tampering with exterior cameras, and the second offense will result in the reservation being canceled without a refund.
