This stylish home features modern amenities and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing large meals. There are two large TV rooms with smart TVs ready for you to log into your favorite streaming services. The dining area seats 14 people and opens to the back patio with additional dining seats. The bedrooms all have new beds with deluxe mattresses and bedding for a perfect night's sleep. The private backyard is fully fenced and includes a large hot tub and a covered awning with two small tables. Dogs are welcome for a small fee. A travel crib (pack n' play), a baby high-chair, and a self-inflating deluxe twin bed kit can be provided free of charge on request. Additional cribs, high-chairs, or beds can be provided for $25 per item per stay. A baby stroller can be provided free of charge upon request. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, this home is close to several great restaurants and grocery stores, with easy access to both Salt Lake City's and Park City's ski resorts. This house cannot have more than 18 people in it at any given time, including children. One of the neighbors is a county code compliance officer and will hear the noise and ruin your vacation if you're planning on having more than 18 people on the property. You will be leaving immediately and you will get no refunds. In accordance with County Ordinance 1361 § 3, 1996, no outdoor commercial hot tubs may have anyone in them past 10 PM, which applies to this and all other vacation homes in Salt Lake County. Guest agrees to pay the $250 fine associated with breaking this law, and may forfeit the remainder of their stay if they do not abide by it. [SI]
