This cottage features a sound system throughout the home, a 55-inch Smart TV, satellite Wi-Fi, a landline, a fully equipped kitchen, a variety of board games, extra linens and towels, and a washer and dryer. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for whipping up a country-style breakfast. Outside, you'll find two wood-fired fire pits, a gas-powered grill, and a hammock in the front yard. This is a pet-friendly property with a small fee. Located just 1 mile from Beaver Lake, 2 miles from War Eagle Cavern, and 3.5 miles from Hobbs State Park, this cottage is great for those who desire a trip full of fishing, kayaking, hiking, and biking. Restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, nightlife, sightseeing, recreation, shopping, breweries, wineries, and medical facilities are all within a short drive. Access to the home is via a rural dirt road. While most vehicles will be fine and high clearance vehicles are not required, please be aware the home is off the beaten path. It is in the middle of the woods and there will be mosquitos and chiggers during the summer, along with the possibility of spotting wild animals. It is highly recommended to bring bug spray during the summer. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. If an unapproved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 10 AM. [SI]
