This home is just 10 miles east of downtown. A few hip Southern eateries and craft beer pubs dot Lebanon Pike, and a seasonal Friday farmers’ market draws crowds for artisanal eats and live music. A greenway trail bisects sprawling Stones River Bend Park. Additional guests outside of your confirmed guest count are not allowed on the property unless pre-approved prior to your stay. There is a zero-tolerance policy on the property being used as a "home base" for parties or visitors to come and go. Exterior cameras are in use to verify who is entering the home. If you exceed your confirmed guest count, you will be asked to leave immediately and charged a $500 fine. Please remove any snow, ice, or debris from the cover of the hot tub before attempting to open it, as failure to do so may result in damages. Please make sure all doors are shut and locked when not in use, and do not leave any valuables in your vehicle if parked on the street. Please respect that this is a residential neighborhood, and no late-night, loud cavorting is allowed in the backyard, as a call from a neighbor because of excessive noise could result in a $500 fine.
