All of the furnishings are premium, and the art collection is like nothing else on the local market. Please note that the grill, outdoor furniture, fire pit, and exterior lodge are not available between mid-November through the end of April. The neighborhood directly surrounds the Journeyman Distillery and event center. In true Michigan resort town fashion, the neighborhood is a welcoming mix of affluent second-home owners, homes that are rented, and local residents who have lived on the street for years. The village of Three Oaks has on-street parking restrictions in place for 2–5 AM. It is recommended that all guests park in the driveway area. Please show respect to the neighbors by limiting outside noise after 10 PM and do not play amplified music outside of the home at any time. The village has strict rules regarding outdoor fires; please keep the screen tightly fitted over the top of the firepit. Do not host additional friends or have any kind of party without prior permission. The property is absolutely non-smoking on the inside, and smoking is not allowed in the outdoor buildings. Any indoor smoking will incur a fine of $250. For any guests looking to use recreational marijuana, it is advised that you research local laws about how to do so legally. [SI]
