Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $125 per stay, no cats please. Parking is available in the driveway and street for up to 6 cars. A $35 guest registration fee applies to this home and will be charged at the time of booking. Surrounded by the beauty of the Pocono Mountains, you’ll have endless opportunities for fun—whether you’re hiking, skiing, enjoying the lake, or simply soaking up the fresh mountain air. Nearby attractions include Kalahari Resorts and Indoor Waterpark just 11 miles away, Jack Frost Big Boulder Ski Resort 13 miles from the home, Camelback Mountain Adventures 16 miles away, Pocono Raceway 18 miles away, and Hickory Run State Park only 19 miles away. All guests must wear wristbands at all times to enjoy the community amenities, with a $50 replacement fee per wristband if any are missing. Guests must complete an online pre-registration form within 24 hours of booking to avoid cancellation. A parking pass must be displayed on your vehicle’s dashboard to avoid HOA fines. No parties allowed—violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. An exterior camera is installed solely to monitor our cleaning team for quality and security purposes. Guests must be 21 years or older to book this property. Includes a dedicated workspace with air conditioning in Bedroom 1, providing a comfortable environment for remote work.
