Pets are welcome with a maximum of 2 pets per stay and a weight limit of 50lbs. You must notify in advance if you're bringing a pet, and fees and conditions will apply. Service pets are free with prior notification and documentation. The property offers a kayak for guest use and a boat dock with a fee of $150 plus $50 per night for boat parking. Unauthorized early check-ins or late checkouts will incur a penalty of $35 for every half hour. The fishing dock is private to the duplex, and both units have access. Guests must practice reasonable precautions when using the fire pit and grill. No firearms are allowed on the property without written permission, and violations will result in a penalty of $250.
