No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the property, including vaping; if cleaning determines that smoking has taken place, a $500 penalty will be charged, and discarding cigarette butts or cigars on the grass can incur a penalty of $50 for each one found. Unauthorized pets may incur a penalty of up to $250 per pet and immediate cancellation of the remainder of your stay without a refund. Unauthorized early check-ins or late checkouts will incur a penalty of $35 for every half hour rounded up in time. No firearms are allowed on the property unless otherwise permitted in writing, and the firearm must be licensed and properly stored at all times; a violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries), a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry; if the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200.
