Welcome to the Seashell Suite, a themed 2-bedroom bungalow (1/2 of duplex) right on the intracoastal of Treasure Island where you'll feel at home. It's less than a 9-minute walk to the beach! This beautiful 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment has been renovated with vinyl throughout and sea-inspired decor. It features three electric fireplaces, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a comfy living room sofa, a ROKU TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and all the cooking supplies necessary. Enjoy the waterview from the living room. You can park a boat at the private boat dock for an extra fee. Boat parking fees vary, so please inquire for exact rates. The minimum rate starts at $100 per night and varies depending on the time of year and length of stay. Discounts are available on stays longer than 7 days. Pets are welcome, but you must notify us in advance in writing if you're bringing a pet. Fees and conditions will apply. Service pets are free, however you still must notify us in advance with documentation. This is a quiet, residential neighborhood within a 5-10 minute walk to restaurants, bars, cafes, and the beach. Nearby towns like Madeira Beach or St. Pete Beach are a short drive away. Parking is limited at the beach, so walking or using a ride-share service is recommended. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, which means no loud noise of any kind, including music. Parties are never allowed. Max occupancy is 5 people. If you intend to have a guest come by, they're only allowed at the property outside of quiet hours (i.e. 8 am - 10 pm) and you must notify us in advance and receive written permission. Any parties will result in the immediate cancellation of the remainder of your stay with no refund and a penalty of up to $500 determined at our sole discretion. No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the property, including vaping. If cleaning determines that smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, we reserve the right to charge a $500 penalty. If smoking is observed during the course of an active reservation, we reserve the right to cancel the stay without any refund and charge a $500 penalty. Do not discard cigarette butts or cigars on the grass. If we have to clean any up we reserve the right to charge a $50 penalty for each one we find in the grass or on the ground. You must pick up after your pets. Pet feces left behind can incur a penalty of up to $50/incident. Unauthorized pets may incur a penalty of up to $250/pet and immediate cancellation of the remainder of your stay without a refund. Unauthorized early check-ins or late checkouts will incur a penalty of $35 for every half hour rounded up in time. Guests must practice reasonable precaution when using the fire pit and grill. A dirty grill can result in an additional charge of $50. No firearms are allowed on the property unless otherwise permitted in writing, the firearm must be licensed and properly stored at all times. A violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries) we reserve the right to charge a $125 fee for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. A rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival. This includes providing a legal photo ID along with an accompanying verification photo (selfie). Check-in information cannot be shared until this is completed. While we do treat regularly for pests, this is Florida and the occasional pest is common. We do not issue refunds for pests, but we’re always happy to address any problems. Certain situations beyond our control may occur, including construction or noise outside the unit, temporary closure of amenities, or other issues on neighboring properties or units.
