Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check. All properties are smoke-free environments, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.
