Ideally located right on the historical Short North District, this apartment is one block away from the local Kroger Market, 3 minutes from The Ohio State University campus, 5 minutes from Downtown Columbus, 5 minutes drive to the Greater Columbus Convention Center, 8 minutes drive to the Nationwide Arena Stadium and Nationwide Children's Hospital, 10 minutes drive to CMH airport and Easton Town Center Mall, and offers easy access to all major highways (I-71, I-670, I-315) and COTA lines. Walking is the best way to enjoy Short North. Some city or neighbor noise is possible. To ensure a restful stay, white noise machines and fans are provided in every room. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. No loud music is allowed at any time. Noise-detecting technology may be used to monitor excessive noise levels. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. Exterior video surveillance is located outside. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are not allowed on the property, though smoking is permitted outside. Vaping and medical marijuana are not allowed inside. No additional (unregistered) guests are allowed unless under the reservation guest count. Furniture is not to be rearranged. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $100. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each. Guests take full responsibility for all damages, injuries, or losses that occur on the premises. Guests must report any property damage.
