It's a 5-minute drive to the Greater Columbus Convention Center, one block from the local Kroger Market, 8 minutes from the Nationwide Arena Stadium, 3 minutes from The Ohio State University campus, 5 minutes from Downtown Columbus, 8 minutes from Nationwide Children's Hospital, 10 minutes from CMH airport and Easton Town Center Mall, with easy access to all major highways and COTA lines. Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the central downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit; white noise machines and fans are provided in every room. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Breaking any house rule will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately. Absolutely no plants in the apartment are to be moved. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are not allowed on the property; smoking is allowed outside the apartment only. No additional unregistered guests are allowed. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $500 violation charge. Any late check-out will result in an additional charge of $300. The original hardwood floors and staircases may not be suitable for children. Includes a dedicated workspace.
