Outside, a charcoal grill is available year-round, and the above-ground saltwater pool is open seasonally. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. Located in Briarwood in the midtown area, this home is just a short drive from downtown. While some guests have expressed concerns about the neighborhood, we believe it is great and have never experienced any security issues. If you have concerns, we are happy to discuss them before booking. Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, but driving is encouraged. If quiet hours are violated and neighbors are disturbed, your reservation may be canceled, and you will be required to leave the property immediately without a refund.
