The newly renovated barn includes 4 twin bunk beds, a full bathroom, a foosball table, a dartboard, a smart LED-TV, and a large living room. Pets are welcome with a fee, not to exceed 4 pets. The property features a fire pit for guest use, and guests are asked to bring their own supplies and adhere to any county burn bans. The pool area requires rinsing before entry, and no glass is allowed. Excessive cleaning fees may apply if these rules are not followed. A $500 fine will be charged if pets enter the pool. The retreat rests on 10 acres along the Llano River, 10 miles west of the town of Llano and 70 miles west of Austin. A car is necessary to explore the area, with a great barbecue and general store 8 miles west in the village of Castell, TX, and live music about 30 miles northwest at Hilltop Cafe. The Llano area also offers 4 wineries and a distillery to visit. Smoking is not allowed, and gun shooting is prohibited on the property. The pool heater may struggle to maintain temperature if it's below 45°F, and it cannot function effectively below 35°F. The thermostat should not be set above 76°F (heating) or below 68°F (cooling) to avoid overloading the system. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
