Sliding glass doors lead from the kitchen to the backyard, featuring a large pool, jacuzzi, and patio area with high fences for full privacy. We offer a free parking spot, and house-trained pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. Early check-in and late check-out options are available, subject to availability and may include a small additional fee. An additional nightly rate applies for more than 6 guests, with a $29/night fee for each extra guest. Located in the College Park neighborhood of Richardson, Texas, this home is near the University of Texas at Dallas and the Telecom Corridor. Enjoy proximity to DFW airport and downtown Dallas, both just about 25 minutes away. Explore local attractions like the Dr. Pepper StarCenter ice rink, Sherrill Park Golf Course, and the Eisemann Center, all within a short drive.
