Tenants must purchase disposable items to sustain the duration of the reservation, which includes but is not limited to garbage bags and/or paper towels. The linen fee allows us to provide brand new linens for each guest, and you can take them with you upon checkout. For guests with pets, a refundable security fee of $200 for 1 pet, $400 for 2 pets, and $600 for 3+ pets is required. For leases, there is a monthly utility cap of $300, and guests are responsible for any overages. A refundable security fee of $500 is required for leases, increasing to $700 for 1 pet, $900 for 2 pets, and $1,100 for 3+ pets. For guests without pets, the security fee increases to $1,500 total if a tenant exceeds 30 days of occupancy.
