A pet fee of $50 per night applies. Early check-in and late check-out will incur a $50 charge per hour unless otherwise granted in writing. One day before check-in, you’ll receive your personalized smart lock door code. No smoking is allowed, with a $500 penalty fee for violations. No events or parties are permitted, and the maximum overnight occupancy is 4. Reduced noise and activity are expected after 9 pm. Suitable for children aged 2-12 years.
