The area is a mix of full-time residents, vacation homes, and rental properties. Accessible by car only, the cabin is reached via fully maintained roads year-round. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter, with tire chains available for rent at local stores. This pet-friendly home prohibits pets on furniture and linens. Pets should not be left unattended, and guests are asked to clean up after them. Strictly no parties or events are allowed, with quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited on the property, with a $500 fine per violation. The use of the fire pit and charcoal grill is prohibited during burn bans. The backyard is not fully fenced.
