Your charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo comes with a spacious living and dining area, a private balcony, a master bedroom with a queen bed, a guest bedroom with two twin beds, and a fully equipped kitchen. The living area features a beautiful stone fireplace and a reading nook right in front of a gorgeous window overlooking Gatlinburg hills, making it a great place to unwind and prepare for adventure-filled days. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing and serving a family meal. Enjoy sunsets and majestic views of the Smoky Mountains from your private balcony. With amazing community amenities like the refreshing swimming pool on hot summer days available in the Summit Complex, you may never feel the need to leave the property. Parking is conveniently available in front of the unit building with two parking spots in the lot in front of the condo. This picturesque location offers a variety of activities for the whole family. Spend the day hiking through Smoky Mountain National Park or skiing at the amazing ski resort that sits right on the edge of the property. Head to downtown Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge where you’ll find year-round ice skating, the Tennessee Aquarium, Ripley’s Believe It or Not, Dixie Stampede, Dollywood, and so much more. Don’t forget about the Space Needle observation tower and the Sky Lift, a 2.1-mile aerial cable car that journeys from Downtown to the popular amusement park and ski resort Ober Gatlinburg. Shopping, dining, and entertainment in this small town can fill days with adventures for everyone. Firewood is not provided; guests can purchase it locally at gas stations or grocery stores. Fireplaces are only available for use from October through April. Due to the location, cell service is limited at this home. The indoor pool and hot tub are closed until further notice. The outdoor pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day, weather permitting. Some of the mountain roads can be steep and winding—that's part of the charm of being in the Smokies! Drive cautiously, especially if it’s your first time in the area, and give yourself a little extra time. NO SMOKING in unit or on the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit and linens. At least one guest must be 23 years or older. Proof of age will be required at check-in. State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
