Each of the three bedrooms represents a different era—RED, FOLKLORE, and LOVER—offering a fun, immersive experience while still maintaining a polished and tasteful design throughout the space. The kitchen is fully stocked with a double-door refrigerator, stainless steel oven and stove, microwave, built-in dishwasher, and island counter seating. The cozy living room features Taylor Swift art, warm leather sofas, a sleek fireplace, a bold mural, and sunlit windows. Outdoor features include a shared backyard, a private back porch, a hot tub, and a seating area and table. Pups are welcome with a $250 pet fee. Please keep them off the furniture to avoid extra cleaning fees. Two-car garage parking is available. This home is just 4 miles away from Broadway and conveniently close to everything that Nashville has to offer. It's a great location to explore the city and all of its wonderful attractions. Nearby places of interest include Butchertown Hall (8 mins drive), Redheaded Stranger (4 mins drive), The Optimist (8 mins drive), Tennessee State Museum (7 mins drive), and Musicians Hall of Fame and Museum (8 mins drive). All guests must be 18 with the exception of children with their parents. No refunds are provided for weather, natural disasters, power outages, or other things that are outside of our control.
