On the third floor, another private patio with a seating area is shared by the two large bedrooms with king-size beds. These bedrooms are also equipped with large TVs, private bathrooms, and views of the community pool. The community pool sits right off the back patio and is easy in and out for the house. Two covered parking spots are available. While this rental in Sea Pines offers convenient parking space for up to 4 vehicles, you will be required to purchase a gate pass for each vehicle.
