No additional guests are allowed other than the ones staying, unless arrangements are made in advance; violating this will result in a $200 charge per person per day and possible cancellation of your booking. Any excessive cleaning required is $50 per hour. Tampering with security equipment is grounds for immediate cancellation. Pets are not allowed. Smoking, vaping, or drug use is prohibited, and any violation will result in a $500 fine. Parties are not allowed, but business events are permitted; having a party will result in being asked to leave with no refund. If there are any noise complaints or the police are called, you could be asked to leave with no refund. Late checkouts can be arranged when available for an additional $100 fee and must be requested 24-48 hours in advance. A $150 charge applies to guests still on the property after checkout time to respect proper cleaning time for the arrival of the next guests. The cleaning crew will enter the home at 11 AM to clean. Anyone still in the house two hours after checkout will then pay that day's base rate (without discounts, this does not grant you access to the property for the day.) If another guest must be refunded due to you staying in the property, you will reimburse for any refunds given. Any damage resulting in blocking days off in the calendar will result in you paying the days rate for however many days it took to restore the property. No crypto mining is allowed on premises; should it be found that this is happening, you will be asked to leave and no refund will be issued. Be respectful of the neighbors. [SI]
