Centrally located near Largo, Eagle Lake Park, Highland Recreation Complex, St. Petersburg, Clearwater Beach, and Downtown Clearwater, this home offers easy access to a variety of attractions and amenities. It's a short drive to Clearwater’s famous white sand beaches and just 5 minutes from Downtown Largo, 10 minutes from Clearwater Beach, 15 minutes from Sand Key Park, Ruth Eckerd Hall, and Clearwater International Airport, and 30 minutes from Tampa. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of cars on the property at any given time should never exceed 3. Parking is permitted in the driveway in front of the garage, which will accommodate up to 3 vehicles, with an additional spot available to the left in front of the wooden fenced area. Be considerate of our neighbors while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 9am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on the property unless kept locked in a vehicle. Check-out time is 10:00 AM, and late check-outs may result in a fee of up to $300.
