It boasts granite countertops with a double sink, a breakfast bar for 4, and is fully equipped with dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, a coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, blender, baking dishes, and a vacuum cleaner. The dining area features a glass table for 8 with a garden/lake view, and the living room has a high ceiling, tiled floor, modern white leather furniture, a glass coffee table, and a 65-inch Samsung QLED Smart TV with a Sonos surround system.
