We kindly ask that your dog is crate trained and that you pick up after your dog. Parking is available in the driveway for 4 cars max, and street parking is not permitted. The heated pool fee is $100 per night, and it can be heated to about 20-25 degrees above the ambient temperature. We recommend heating the pool between October to May and require at least a 3-day notice before your arrival. There is a security camera located on the left side of the driveway to monitor the cleaning team. A guest verification process is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation, including signing a rental agreement and providing a valid ID and credit card. A non-refundable $55 damage waiver is also required.
