After a day of exploring the breathtaking waterfront and natural attractions, relax in this spacious and inviting room, filled with natural light that floods through the large windows, highlighting the elegant floors and tasteful decor. The kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and ample work areas, making it easy to whip up delicious home-cooked meals for the whole group. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a hearty dinner, this well-appointed kitchen has everything you need to satisfy your culinary cravings. Free parking is available for guests arriving by car. If you would like to avoid driving your vehicle during your stay, there are many convenient, easily accessible transportation options close to the home, including car rental, taxi, Uber, and Lyft. The waterfront house is nestled on the shores of the scenic Colvos Passage, close to the lovely town of Gig Harbor. This breathtaking location, just a short drive from Tacoma and Seattle, offers a perfect escape for those seeking a relaxing getaway. The area’s heart beats with a rich maritime history evident in every corner. Stroll along the historic waterfront and admire the graceful sailboats and colorful fishing boats bobbing in the harbor. Visit the Harbor History Museum to uncover the town's maritime past through interactive exhibits and captivating stories. The charming downtown Gig Harbor is a shopper's paradise with eclectic boutiques, art galleries, and cozy cafes. Nature enthusiasts will find themselves in paradise with numerous trails that wind through lush forests and offer breathtaking sea vistas. Kopachuck State Park and Harbor Family Park are perfect spots for picnics, beachcombing, and kayaking. Our location is an ideal gateway to the Olympic Peninsula, making it a convenient starting point for further exploration. The wood stove in the living room is ornamental and not functioning, so do not attempt to use it. Early check-ins are not guaranteed and are subject to a fee of $25 per hour for every hour in advance of the check-in time. Late check-outs must be approved and are $50 per hour for each hour beyond the regular 11am check-out. If guests stay past the 11am check-out time without approval, they will be charged for the next night’s stay. No pets are allowed, and anyone found to have brought a pet onto the property will be fined $500 and asked to remove it immediately. There are no parties or events allowed, and violations will incur a deep cleaning fee between $500-700, with additional charges for carpet cleaning. Outdoor quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am, and failure to adhere to this rule can result in a fine of $100 per incident. A $250 deep cleaning fee will apply if any smoke debris or smell is identified during or after a guest’s stay. Ensure the number of guests matches your reservation, as there will be a $50 fine per guest in excess of the reserved number. You are not permitted to send or receive mail from this address during your stay. The home is equipped with free Wi-Fi, making it easy to stay connected during your stay.
