If the guests throws a party or event, trashes the space, damages the unit, disrespects the property, or has extra guests that are not disclosed/reported in the initial booking, the booking party will be charged a deep cleaning fee which maybe between $500 and $700. Additionally, a charge for carpet cleaning will also be charged which is dependent on the size of the home. If any smoke debris or smell is identified during or after a guest’s stay, a $250 deep cleaning fee will apply. There will be a $50 fine per guest at the property in excess of the reserved number. Pets are not allowed at the property, and anyone found to have brought a pet of any kind onto the property will be fined $500 and asked to remove it immediately. [SI]
