Upstairs, you will find a second large living room space with a sleeper sofa and two additional bedrooms sharing a bathroom and more porch seating off the second living room. Luxe limo-style gas-powered golf carts are available for rent during your stay. Public parking at the pier is about $10/day. The Retreat at Glenn's Bay is located off Glenn's Bay Road, a golf cart legal road with a 30 mph speed limit. Downtown Surfside, with its delicious eateries and nightlife, is just two minutes away. The new Surfside Pier, with additional tasty restaurant choices, ice cream shops, retail, and public beach access with golf cart parking, is just about a mile beyond that. Three grocery stores, including Piggly Wiggly, are within a 10-minute drive, with Piggly Wiggly less than 1/4 mile away and reachable by golf cart. The home is just 15 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport. Maximum occupancy is 8 as per the fire code, including children. Checkout is strictly at 10 am. Quiet hours are between 11 pm and 7 am as per city ordinance. No smoking or pets are permitted on the property. Renters are not allowed to have pets. Please do not hang your towels or bathing suits on balconies. No portable grills are permitted on balconies. All garbage should be firmly secured in bags and deposited in the bright green dumpsters located to the left of the building past the pool. No flammable fluids such as kerosene, explosive or flammable materials or any other articles deemed hazardous are permitted in units. Please do not obstruct common areas with bikes, floats, chairs, etc. Each unit is allowed 1 parking space, which is marked with the unit number on it. Please park all additional cars in overflow parking just steps away. No boats, trailers, or oversized vehicles shall park in the community lots without prior approval. Please consider your neighbors and keep noise at a reasonable sound level. Must be 25 years of age or older to reserve. [SI]
