Please don't park on the grass, or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle. If you need an additional parking spot, there's a section in the community called Lava Tree Dr where you can find extra parking spots for overflow parking (you can bring up to 5 cars into the community, but if you do, 3 would have to be parked in this section). During the day, you can park in the Clubhouse parking lot, but overnight parking is not permitted. Please be extra careful with these rules as you might risk getting towed! There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere (inside or outside) on the property. If found to be in violation of pouring or flushing prohibited objects down any drain, a fine of up to $500 will apply. [SI]
