Port St. Joe’s soft white sand and gentle Gulf waters are just a two-minute walk away, perfect for sunrise walks, shell collecting, or a relaxing swim. The charming downtown area, with its local cafés, boutique shops, and fishing charters, lies a short drive from the house, giving you the best of both quiet retreat and coastal town charm. Up to two cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Do not park on the grass or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle. If you need an additional parking spot, there's a section in the community called Lava Tree Dr where you can find extra parking spots for overflow parking. During the day, you can park in the Clubhouse parking lot, but overnight parking is not permitted. Please be extra careful with these rules as you might risk getting towed! Please DO NOT pour or flush any grease, glass, metal (including razor blades), plastics such as toys and utensils, sanitary napkins or tampons, seafood shells, fish scales, diapers, rags, clothing, and grease down any drain. In addition, you must NEVER introduce explosives, flammable material, oil, or strong chemicals (household chemicals or gasoline). If found to be in violation, a fine of up to $500 will apply. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. If guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules, the reservation may be terminated without refund, and/or monetary fines may be pursued. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. In sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and bugs. These elements are a natural and very common occurrence. The property is professionally sprayed for pests, but remember to pack sunscreen and bug spray. A written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required to welcome a house-trained dog (please specify breed and weight) with a fee of $25 per pet per night. [SI]
