These amenities may be unavailable due to cleaning, maintenance, or other unexpected factors, and no refunds will be issued if any of the amenities are unavailable during your stay. Guests cannot receive mail at this location. Smoking of any kind is never allowed at this property, including the balcony or patio, as well as all common and outdoor areas of the building. Any smoking violations will result in a $500 fee. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Only certified service animals are allowed, and requests to bring a pet must be approved prior to booking. Unauthorized pets will incur a $500 fee. All designated fobs, keys, and parking passes must be left in the lockbox inside the cabinet, with a replacement fee of up to $450 per item for any missing items. Guests are liable for any damage and/or theft at the apartment, premises, or property caused by the guests, their visitors, or other persons present in the apartment during the guests’ stay. Charges may include but are not limited to all property damage, missing or damaged items, smoking fee, cleaning fee, and guest compensation. Check-in time is at 4:00 p.m. and checkout time is at 10:00 a.m. Early check-in and late checkout fees apply without prior permission.
