Open spaces surrounding the main building are available for taller vehicles. A pet fee of $99 will be included at the time of booking if the pet is declared. If a pet is not declared during booking, the fee will be charged separately after the reservation is made and the pet is disclosed. A "Pack 'N Play Crib" is available for $40 as a one-time fee and a highchair for $40 as a one-time fee. The Palisades Condominium community offers a peaceful, family-friendly retreat in the heart of Central Florida, providing a relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle while still being incredibly convenient to Orlando’s top attractions, shopping, dining, and entertainment. The resort hot tub heating service is currently out of service. To help ensure a safe and trusted experience for all guests, ID verification may be required after booking. The condo is pet-friendly, allowing only pets up to 40 lbs. Unfortunately, large breeds like Rottweilers or German Shepherds cannot be accommodated. The home is smoke-free and pet-free. Complimentary access to the condo's amenities is available from 8 am to 10 pm, year-round. As you enter through the main entrance to the lobby, you'll notice hallways with wide clearance and two elevators.
