This villa sleeps 16+ and features 9 bedrooms, 14 beds, and 5 baths. This villa features two living areas, a full kitchen, and indoor/outdoor dining. The main family room includes a flat screen TV and seating arranged for relaxed downtime. A game room adds another gathering spot, offering activities that keep both kids and adults entertained. The large full kitchen is equipped for preparing meals together, with a dining table, refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Essentials such as air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, and a free washer and dryer support ease and comfort during longer stays. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. A pet fee is applied and subject to up to $150. Located within the beautiful ChampionsGate community, the villa offers access to an array of amenities at The Retreat at ChampionsGate. Guests can enjoy a resort-style pool with water slide and cabanas, a lazy river, a tiki bar, a fitness center, a movie theater, a games room, playgrounds, volleyball courts, tennis courts, and golf facilities including an 18-hole golf course and driving range. The surrounding area provides easy access to dining, shopping, and Orlando’s major attractions. The resort is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to two cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Please don't park on the grass, or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time of 10:00 AM, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
