Parking is available for up to two vehicles in the driveway, and up to one vehicle on the street in front of the property. The garage has been converted into a game room, so indoor parking is not available. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited. Guests are asked to wipe shoes at the door and remove shoes indoors when possible. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate with outdoor socializing after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keeping excessive noise to a minimum. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property. Trash should be taken out and disposed of properly upon departure. Damages should be reported immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules. Pool and spa heating can be added for an additional $35 per day of stay, with at least a week's notice required. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, with options for a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.
