Free parking is available at the property, with space for a maximum of three cars under the house on the left side. Please ensure not to block or park on the right side. Pets are welcome, with a maximum of two dogs allowed per property, each weighing no more than 30 lbs. A $120 pet cleaning fee plus tax applies for one pet. Pets must be kept on a leash under supervision while outside and walked in designated pet areas. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by pets. From March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. The home has a maximum occupancy limit, and renters exceeding this limit are subject to eviction. Smoking is prohibited in the unit and on the balcony, with violations incurring a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, with violators charged a $200 fine. No parties or events are allowed, with a $500 fine for violations. A State Identification Card or Driver License copy is required upon booking, and the traveler must be at least 22 years old to make a reservation.
