There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed (4) per reservation. Up to (3) cars may park in the driveway, and (1) car may park on the street in front of the home. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. After it rains, there may be a few small bugs that wash off the screen and into the pool and the pool may appear slightly discolored.
