For relaxation and entertainment, enjoy the 7-person hot tub and the outdoor fire pit with a grill, complete with string lights for the perfect atmosphere. Pets are allowed with a flat fee of $125 for a maximum of 2 dogs. Requests for a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and an additional $100. Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay; undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund. No cats are allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, with a $500 fine for violation; smoking outside is allowed.
