The kitchen is fully stocked and has plenty of room to cook and enjoy a meal with your family. On the 4th floor is another bedroom with a full/twin-size bunk bed with a twin-size trundle. There is also a full bathroom that connects to the bedroom and kitchen that features a large spa-like soaking tub. Outside, there is a small patio space with 2 chairs overlooking the lake. Outside, enjoy the surrounding nature at any of the 5 entertaining spaces. The large patio features a hot tub, grill, and large dining table. The 3rd and 4th floor patio spaces have private seating and great views. The fire pit in the front yard makes for a perfect end of the night. Dogs are welcome with a fee of $90 per dog. This home is just a short walk away from a beach area at Beaver Lake and just 10 minutes to Downtown Rogers, an area filled with unique shops, restaurants, and bars. The Beaver Lake beach area is just a short walk from the house. This home is down a short dirt road. 4-wheel drive is recommended but not required. No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with the host and the event fee has been paid. If an unapproved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. Smoking in the home will incur a fine of $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 10 AM. Includes office space. [SI]
