The single bathroom includes a walk-in shower. For relaxation and entertainment, enjoy the 7-person hot tub, gather around the outdoor fire pit with a grill, or play horseshoes in the backyard. Pets are allowed with a flat fee of $125 for up to 2 dogs, and requests for a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval with an additional $100 fee. All pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay; undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund. No cats are allowed. Guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if the property is equipped with a grill, and will be reimbursed upon submission of the receipt. No parties are allowed, and any violation will result in termination of the reservation without a refund, along with additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages. Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM, and excessive noise may result in a $500 fine. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, with a $500 fine for violation; smoking outside is permitted. Underage drinking or drug use, unauthorized guests, and the use of confetti, glitter, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces are strictly prohibited. If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed. Hot tub rules include showering before entering, limiting use to 15-minute intervals for sensitive skin, using beach towels, respecting the maximum occupancy of 7 guests, no unsupervised children, no diving or jumping, no food or drink in the tub, no glass in or near the tub, keeping the hot tub clean and clear, keeping noise down, no smoking in the hot tub, turning off jets after use, always covering the hot tub after use, no pets in the hot tub, and not turning off the hot tub itself.
