The outdoor living space is the true star of Bird’s Eye Retreat, with panoramic views of the lake, a propane grill, and a furnished wrap-around deck with a wood-burning fire pit, gas fire pit, outdoor dining table, and Adirondack seating. The home is a net zero property, meaning it generates all of its electricity and water on-site and can operate entirely off-grid if needed. For your convenience, an EV charging station is available. Extra linens and towels are provided during your stay, and the property is kid-friendly with a Pack 'n Play and children's dinnerware available. With 700 feet of lake shoreline, the home offers breathtaking panoramic views and direct access to all that Beaver Lake has to offer. Located just a 15-minute drive to Hobbs State Park, it's great for hiking and mountain biking. The property provides lake access via two marked trails and includes two kayaks available for guest use. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. This is a non-smoking home, and if you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee has been paid. If an unapproved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. This property is not pet-friendly, and pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. Enter the lake at your own risk, and note that water levels are subject to change due to environmental factors, which may impact accessibility and appearance of the lake.
