Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit. The building’s HVAC system operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. A damage waiver fee covers accidental property damage, but intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, or damages exceeding $300 per stay are not covered. Lost FOB/Access Cards and parking tags have replacement costs, and smoking inside incurs a $300 fine. Parties on the property also incur a $300 fine.
