The living room boasts a 50” smart TV, an indoor fireplace, and a large plush sofa in an open floor plan. Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $125 per stay, no cats please. Unlimited parking is available in the driveway. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. No parties are allowed and violations may result in immediate termination of the stay to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors. An exterior camera is installed solely to monitor our cleaning team for quality and security purposes. Guests must be 21 years or older to book this property. A guest verification process is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation, including signing a rental agreement and providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.
