The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, cookware, and dining essentials, perfect for whipping up anything from a quick breakfast to a gourmet dinner. The property offers ample on-site parking, accommodating multiple vehicles with ease, making it convenient for groups and families. If parking arrangements are available, please use only the designated parking space and notify us in advance if you require parking arrangements. Please park in designated areas only and follow any specified parking instructions. Do not block access routes or other vehicles, notify us if you are using the guest parking in front of the property, as we have a towing company patrolling the unit every night and taking away any cars that have no permission to park there. Violating this policy will incur a charge of $250 to $400 depending on the cleaning company's assessment. To ensure a peaceful environment for everyone, refrain from hosting parties, loud gatherings, or events within the home. Quiet hours are in effect from 10 PM to 7 AM. Check-in time is at 3 PM, and check-out time is at 10 AM. The home is designed for a maximum of 10 guests. Exceeding this limit will result in a fee of $100 per extra guest. Families with children are warmly welcomed, but please supervise your children at all times. You are welcome to use the kitchen for light cooking. Follow the provided recycling guidelines and dispose of trash in the designated bins. The main door does not automatically lock upon closing, so ensure it is fully closed and locked when leaving the home and during nighttime. Use the double lock when inside.
