Beginning around mid-April, window air conditioning will be installed in the apartment. Early installation requests are welcome. Pets are allowed only with prior approval by building management. Smoking on the property is prohibited and will be subject to a fine of up to $1,200. Please be considerate of your neighbors and refrain from hosting parties.
