Our modern kitchen is stocked for everything from quick bites to family dinners, and the open living space features a 75” smart TV and updated furniture for cozy movie nights. The dining area comfortably seats four. We welcome pets for a fee of $100 per pet, per stay. A maximum of 4 dogs, each weighing up to 50 lbs, is allowed. A pet fee will be applied to cover the cleaning of pet hair. If any waste beyond hair is found, an additional cleaning fee of $200 will be charged. Parking is available in a garage best suited for compact vehicles. For midsize or larger cars, nearby overnight street parking is recommended for a smoother experience. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM, and excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund. Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, and any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest. Pets should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may lead to neighbor complaints.
