The living room also features a queen fold-out—ideal for larger groups. Smart TVs with Roku are provided in both bedrooms for your entertainment. The modern kitchen is stocked for everything from quick bites to family dinners, and the open living space features a 75” smart TV and updated furniture for cozy movie nights. The dining area comfortably seats four. We welcome pets for a fee of $100 per pet, per stay. A maximum of 4 dogs, each weighing up to 50 lbs, is allowed. A pet fee will be applied to cover the cleaning of pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional cleaning fee of $200 will be charged. Cleaning up after your pet is your responsibility, and pets should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may lead to neighbor complaints. Guests will enjoy full and exclusive access to the entire home and all its amenities during their stay. A contactless check-in process is available, allowing access to the property at any time. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund. Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, including cigarettes, marijuana, or e-cigarettes. Any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest.
