Pool and spa heating is available for $35 per day of stay with at least a week's notice. A pet fee is applied for bringing one house-trained dog, subject to approval. The Solara Resort Grand Clubhouse features an expansive water complex, including a wave simulator and a splash pad. The resort also includes a basketball court, volleyball court, tennis court, and a full-size soccer field. There is also a large fitness center at the clubhouse and a teen hangout center. The villa is located within a gated community secured by a 24-hour security guard and is just minutes from Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld. Nearby attractions include Disney World (7.6 miles), Universal Studios (21.7 miles), SeaWorld (16.5 miles), Falcon Fire Golf Course (11.7 miles), Disney Golf Course (13.7 miles), Premium Outlets (20.8 miles), and Orlando International Airport (27 miles). There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum occupancy is 22 guests. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to 2 cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. Firearms are prohibited on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. In sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural and very common occurrence.
