The building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in, which must be completed before arrival. Unregistered guests are not permitted. Failure to provide this information in advance may result in cancellation of the reservation, as per building regulations. This property is located in a residential building, so please keep noise to a minimum at all times to respect neighbors. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and is subject to availability for a fee of $50. The latest possible check-out is 12:00 PM. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge equivalent to one night’s stay. Please do not send packages to the property, as deliveries are not accepted or guaranteed. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. The building operates a centralized HVAC system in accordance with municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 13 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, HVAC adjustments are managed by the building association based on outdoor temperatures. A $300 fine will be applied for smoking inside or hosting an unauthorized party. If a FOB or access card is lost, there is a $250 charge. If a parking tag is lost, there is a $200–$300 charge, based on building rates.
