If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. Intentional damage or misuse (e.g., parties, smoking indoors), violations of rental policies, damage exceeding $300, damage to vehicles or personal items, theft or unreported damage, lost or stolen items, and external damage (e.g., to hallways, elevators) are not covered.
