This home features two large living areas, a full kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, indoor and outdoor dining spaces, and a free washer and dryer for convenient stays. Enjoy the private pool with loungers for relaxing swims. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. Located just 20-25 minutes from Disney World, 30 minutes from SeaWorld, and 35 minutes from Universal Studios, this home offers easy access to central Florida's attractions. The property is also a couple minutes walking distance to the clubhouse. In the immediate area outside the resort, you will find ample shopping, dining, and entertainment. The home can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. No smoking and no drugs are allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am and keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed two per reservation. Up to two cars may park in the driveway. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Please keep the temperature at or above 70°F. A pet fee and $150 security deposit is required to welcome up to one house-trained dog (less than 50 lbs), with written notification from the guest and approval by the host required. It's important to note that any mess and/or pet waste is expected to be cleaned, picked up, and disposed of properly. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time of 10AM, you may incur a fee of up to $300. [SI]
