You'll be just a few blocks from the new Beach Boardwalk, the Market Commons, the Sky Wheel, and the pier, with easy access to fishing and other watersports activities. Coastline Pest Control performs mandatory preventative treatments in every unit on the 3rd Friday of each month. You must be at least 21 years old to book this property, and a State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. A $25 fee applies for any lost bracelets. Grilling is prohibited with a $200 fine for violations. Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, with a $250 fine plus cleaning costs for violations. No pets are allowed, with a $200 fine for violations. Gatherings of more than 6 people are not allowed and may result in eviction. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction.
