In case guests fail to leave bracelets in the unit, they will be charged an extra $25 per item for replacement. For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. Grilling is prohibited and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed. A State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs.
