As a guest of this wonderful resort, you'll enjoy access to a tranquil oceanfront pool, a 150 ft. long Lazy River, an outdoor hot tub spa, a kiddie pool, and an indoor pool with a hot tub. Free parking is available for 2 cars in the parking lots located on Withers Street, parallel to Ocean Blvd., and one street over from the resort. In case guests fail to leave bracelets in the unit, they will be charged an extra $25 per item for replacement. Centrally located on Ocean Boulevard in Myrtle Beach, this apartment is close to the strip, blocks away from the Boardwalk, and a short drive to the Sky Wheel and Ripley's Believe it or Not Museum. You'll also be close to a 60-mile stretch of beaches, celebrity-designed golf courses, boutiques, and souvenir shops. Grilling is prohibited and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. Smoking is not allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit and linens. Pets are not allowed and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. Gatherings of more than 6 people, including both overnight guests and visitors, are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. For same day late check-ins, you need to get approval before booking. Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500. Pest Control Service days are scheduled the 2nd and 4th Friday of each month. [SI]
